Join FloYo for a 3-day Virtual Retreat!

This unique retreat experience has been carefully crafted to help you carve out time for deep reflection and nourishment as we navigate these difficult times and find comfort in our (virtual) community. Through the retreat we will join together through movement, meditation, journaling, sharing and connecting.

This virtual retreat will take place over the weekend with the intention to create balance and harmony as we come together to nurture and heal.

More Information:

This retreat has been designed to fit in with your busy stay-at-home schedule, however, if you are unable to meet at the designated times, each ZOOM session will be recorded and sent to you so that you can access it at a time that works for you.

We will meet twice daily (on Friday, Saturday and Sunday) for live yoga classes, strength and cardio workouts, guided meditation, breath work sessions and group sharing and connection.  The exact schedule is listed below, but you can plan on a well balanced mix of classes to help you ground and connect with the calm that is within you.

The intention of this retreat is to provide an opportunity for you to hit the pause button, discover the power of surrender and create space to reconnect with your body through movement.

Schedule:
*Please note that all classes and sessions will be recorded and emailed to the group so you do not have to be present for the live sessions!

Friday: Strength & Surrender

7-8am: Body weight strength workout (no equipment needed)
7:15-8:15pm: Unwinding: A Guided Sound Journey with David Martin*

Saturday: Vigor & Vitality

9-10:30am: Power vinyasa yoga class + breath work
5:30-6pm: Healthy happy hour, journaling and connection
6-7pm: Cooking with Katie**

Sunday: Spaciousness & Stillness

9-10:30am: Power vinyasa + cardio circuit class
4-6pm: Gentle yoga flow + guided meditation and closing circle

Gong MeditationAs a Yogi, Thai-Yoga Bodyworker, Reiki Master and Neuro-Acoustic Sound Practitioner, David strives to assist people in developing a greater sense of body and mind awareness, as he also facilitates deep meditation and relaxation through his immersive Gong experiences. Be prepared to go an incredible sound journey!

**Meet our chef:

Virtual RetreatKatie is a certified personal trainer, 200 Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, bestselling author of the gluten-free cookbook, Eat To Thrive: The Anti-Diet Cookbook, former T.V. show host of Eat Right, Live Well on channel 47 ABC, and international retreat leader. She will be providing a fun and engaging cooking class and we will each cook along with her and share a meal together (via Zoom!). Once you sign up for the retreat you will be emailed the recipe book so you can get the ingredients!
