FloYo Travels: Fenwick Island/Dewey Beach
We are headed to the beach this summer for several one-day retreat experience which will include ocean paddling, sunset FloYo, beach yoga and connection.

*Includes all classes and board rental. Does not include an overnight stay, food/drink or parking in the state park or Dewey Beach.

Register for the BYOB option for $85, but please be sure to bring your own PFD, Paddle, Leash and Anchor!

Trip Details
Our goal is to help you unwind and relax during this one day retreat experience. Please note that our 2021 day retreats are slightly different than in the past.
Below is a sample itinerary- but please note the details are likely to change a bit, but the general activities will remain the same.
- 7:30am: Arrive at Fenwick Island State Park (this will be our home base for the day)
- 7:45am: Beach warm up & stretch
- 8am: Paddle (on the ocean if the water is calm enough, otherwise on the bay)
- 9:30am: Beach Yoga & Guided Meditation
- 10:30-5:00pm: Free time to enjoy the beach (you are welcome to go for additional paddles during your free time)
- 5pm: Drive to bay access where we will paddle and do a sunset FloYo class on the bay
- 5:30pm: Sunset paddle & FloYo
