Normandy Retreat

Stay in Normandy’s most exclusive Chateau and experience the beauty of the French countryside while taking in the history and serenity of the region. Each day will start with an invigorating yoga practice and then take you for an unforgettable adventure immersing you in the Norman culture. We will explore tiny villages and enjoy the local treasures such as Camembert cheese, apple cider and freshly baked croissants. From cooking classes to historical tours of the D-Day beaches, this retreat has something for everyone. Plus, our private 25-bedroom 18th century chateau will provide the perfect home and make you feel like true royalty!

Trip Highlights:

Location: 5 nights stay at the fully renovated, luxurious 18th-century Chateau de Courtomer, set amid 350 acres of private park and farmland

How to get there: Fly into Paris and take the train to Courtomer (exact train station will be provided once the retreat is booked)

Each day will include: Yoga, cultural activities (including cooking class, bike tour, cider tasting, village tours, and Normandy beach tour) and plenty of free time to explore the quaint town and gorgeous Chateau.

Cost: $2,400 USD (non-refundable $500 deposit required to hold your spot on this retreat)

When:

June 17-22, 2019

*The retreat will officially begin at 4 PM on June 17th, we recommend arriving in Paris a day or two early to enjoy the city before taking the train out to the Chateau.
