There is no better way to reconnect with Mother Nature than on the Refresh Retreat with FloYo and Run Will Moon Child. This 3-night weekend getaway in Byron Bay, Australia will provide you the opportunity to relax and immerse yourself in the goodness of nature while making unforgettable connections. From FloYo on the healing waters of local tea tree lakes to sunrise moving meditations- we will embrace the beauty that surrounds us as we sweat in the sand, flow on the water and paddle with the wildlife.

Your retreats leaders are Jessie and Tam. Jessie is the founder of FloYo Fit, a SUP yoga brand that leads retreats internationally. A 200-hour power yoga instructor and fitness instructor with 13 years in the industry, Jessie will be leading daily yoga and fitness classes as well as teaching her FloYo sup yoga classes. Tam, owner of Run Wild Moon Child, will lead us through daily breath work and meditations as well as facilitating a variety of workshops to include an introduction to crystals (how they work and how to use them), how to crystal grid the home for protection, aura cleanse, yoni eggs and much more!

This retreat has been thoughtfully designed to rejuvenate the body, heal the mind and awaken your consciousness. Come join and we promise you will leave feeling fully refreshed and inspired to take on 2019!

Trip Highlights:

Location: 3 nights stay at the gorgeous Amalfi Villa at Broken Head

How To Get There: Our villa is located in Broken Head, NSW (12km’s outside of Byron Bay). The closest airports are Ballina (25km) and Gold Coast (80km). We are able to offer transport to anyone who arrives in Ballina Airport on Friday afternoon and if you fly into Gold Coast you can get a shuttle to Byron Bay and we can pick you up there. Also, we expect several people to be driving from the Gold Coast so carpooling will be an option as well.

Activity Highlights: Daily yoga and fitness classes, 2 crystal workshops, 2 guided breath work meditations, defining your values workshop and journaling exercise, stand up paddle adventure, hike to local waterfalls and many more surprises along the way!

Cost: $875 AUD for shared accommodation; $995 AUD for private room

Our weekend will begin at 5pm on Friday, if you need to arrive later in the evening please let us know. We will check out of the Villa at 11am on Monday morning.

  • Transportation to Broken Head
  • Some meals, listed as “not included” on itinerary (1 dinner, 1 lunch, 1 breakfast in Byron Bay)
  • Additional activities that you may choose to do in your free time
